Shipping & Delivery

Petmarket sellers can send your purchases directly to an address that’s convenient for you. Each seller is responsible for getting your purchases to you as soon as possible.

We ask sellers to dispatch orders within 48 hours and shipping times vary depending on location and seller, however standing delivery times are 5 – 7 business days for standard metro areas. Please note delivery to regional locations may take up to 10 business days.

Standard shipping cost - Free shipping over $35.00

Orders under $35.00 - Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location Australia wide. Orders over $35.00 - Include free shipping to most major metropolitan regions. Free Shipping will automatically be calculated on your cart upon reaching a value of $34.99 or more on eligible products that are collectively under 20kg in weight after all other discounts are applied.

Free shipping may not be valid with other discounts or offers and excludes gift cards and large items such as kennels, fish tanks, and cat scratchers.


Delivery Update - 23 March

Flooding and extreme weather conditions across NSW and QLD are impacting our ability to transport mail and parcels via our air network which may cause delivery delays for Express Post and StarTrack Premium parcels in both States today. Local road closures and access issues will also affect delivery in flood-affected areas with limited delivery to the following postcodes today: 2424, 2426, 2427, 4229, 2430, 2440, 2441, 2756 & 2750, 2751, 2578, 4114, & 4207 Tracked items are being scanned and will be delivered as quickly as possible when and where it is safe to do so. We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.

Air network impacts

Continued severe weather along the East Coast, has caused a number of air service delays which will impact Express Post and Premium deliveries bound for Queensland, New South Wales and Far North Queensland. Consequential delays also occurred to services to Western Australia.

Rail Impacts

Additionally, three rail containers bound for Brisbane that were due to arrive on Saturday 20 March have been delayed due to the floods, they’re now expected to arrive on Friday this week.
