Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5–10 days on top of the expected delivery time.

Australia Post has notified us that they will be suspending order collection to certain regions within Australia, due to our sellers being located across the country this might impact the shipping times of your order. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.


At Petmarket each of our sellers is responsible for getting your order to you through their own delivery services as quickly as possible through their own delivery options and pricing. We expect all sellers to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment, and while the time it takes to get to your door depends on current delivery times and the distance between the seller and you, standard delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for most metropolitan areas.
