COVID-19 Restrictions, Delivery Updates & Auspost Closures

We work with our partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible but currently, a few of them are delayed due to circumstances out of their control. We wanted to apologise and thank you for your patience

Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 days on top of the expected delivery time.

In a statement released by AusPost.

From 9am Saturday September 4th, until 7am Tuesday September 7th, Australia Post will not collect regular post parcels from ecommerce retailers in NSW, Victoria and the ACT that have prepared items to be shipped to customers. The temporary pause is designed to ease stress on the system to a "safe and manageable level"

At Petmarket each of our sellers is responsible for getting your order to you through their own delivery services as quickly as possible through their own delivery options and pricing. We expect all sellers to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment, and while the time it takes to get to your door depends on the distance between the seller and you, standard delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for most metropolitan areas.
